Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs & Charges
Our standard shipping rate is USD $20 per kilogram to most destinations. The chargeable weight is calculated per full kilogram, meaning a package with an actual weight under 1 kg will still be charged as 1 kg. Please note that international freight rates are subject to change. Should the actual shipping cost exceed this standard rate, we will contact you promptly to discuss the difference. Your order will be shipped only after we receive your confirmation to proceed and your agreement to cover the additional amount.

Shipping fees to remote or special destinations may differ. We kindly advise customers from such areas to contact us before finalizing their purchase to obtain an accurate shipping quote.

2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
We are pleased to cover all applicable customs duties and import taxes for your order. As our customer, you will not need to make any additional payments upon delivery; you may simply await the arrival of your package.

3. Order Processing & Transit Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we will ensure your order is dispatched from our domestic warehouse to our international logistics partner within 48 hours. It will then be forwarded to your destination country. Please note that total delivery times vary depending on the final destination.

4. Shipment Tracking
You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is packaged and consigned to our shipping partner. Please be aware that it can take a few business days for the tracking details to be fully activated and accessible in the carrier's online system.

5. Order Cancellation & Returns
If you choose to cancel an order or request a return, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. A full refund for the product amount (excluding original and return shipping fees) will be issued only after the returned item is received at our office and verified to be in its original, resalable condition as per our Return Policy.
