Returns are accepted only if the package is postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in pristine, unworn, and completely unused condition, with every original tag, label, and protective packaging still attached and intact.
To qualify for a refund, the item must meet all the criteria listed below:

· Has not been washed, worn, or used in any way
· All original product tags are present
· Original packaging is unaltered and intact
· Fully re-sellable as new
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please be advised that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection and to ensure proper tracking, we strongly encourage you to select a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance.
REFUND TIMELINE & DETAILS
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product’s condition. The review process generally takes up to three (3) business days after arrival. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Important: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
